Rental terms and conditions

Villa Carla

• Capacity: 2 or 3 people
• Pets: not allowed
• Rental: Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights in high season)
• Low season: short stays possible (from 2 nights): find out more
• Rates: depending on the period: find out more
• Deposit: 30% upon booking
• Balance: to be paid 1 month before arrival
• Tourist tax: €2.30 per day per person (aged 18 and over)
• Security deposit: €500 (returned on departure following a property inspection)
• Cleaning deposit: €50 for 2 people / €70 for 3 people (returned on departure if the property is left clean)
• Cleaning package (optional): €50 for 2 people / €70 for 3 people

Practical information

Non-smoking villas (inside).

Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. 

Personalised welcome and/or key box 

Payment methods: bank transfer, cheque or cash (no credit cards).

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (30%) and the signed rental agreement (by email or post).

You will find the property spotlessly clean on arrival. We would be grateful if you could leave it in the same condition on departure, unless you have opted for the ‘End-of-stay cleaning’ service
