The famous Grande Conque Beach is a particular draw for visitors thanks to its black volcanic sand, unique in mainland France. Families, meanwhile, enjoy the large, lifeguard-patrolled beaches of Richelieu and Rochelongue, ideal for water sports and seaside strolls.
Over in Le Grau d’Agde, Saint-Vincent and Les Battues beaches offer a quieter, more natural atmosphere, close to the dunes and footpaths.
